This position is responsible for creatively envisioning, evaluating, and designing successful user experiences for high profile pharmacy retail digital initiatives. Your informed recommendations and design strategies will leverage best practices, user feedback and usability test results to develop intelligent and successful designs. The ability to demonstrate clear, innovative solutions to complex user flows and understanding how to balance these against business and technical requirements is your bailiwick. You’re passionate about technology. You seek out innovation and continually revise your understanding of the constantly evolving digital landscape. This position requires deep understanding of large scale web and mobile initiatives, user-centered design, usability, information design, interaction design, and goal-oriented design. You should have excellent communication skills – in person, written and presentation and the ability to prioritize and track multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications: Strong information architecture, user experience design and interaction design skills; i.e. IA, UX and UI
Visual design / graphic design experience
Superior knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to sell your ideas by building consensus
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years related experience along with the ability to collaborate with designers, strategists, managers and technologists
Ability to manage the design process from concept to completion
Ability to conceptualize, design and deliver top-notch experiences
Duties Document detailed visual specifications for all UI design and presentation layer elements utilizing existing site CSS and style guidelines and UI/UX standards, ensuring all UI meets these specifications through development, test and QA phases.
Collaborate closely with the Creative & Usability manager, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders on concept generation through final implementation.
Collaborate on new design concepts, (comprised of wireframes, sitemaps, interaction flows, and prototypes).
