* Mastery of the user experience field and proven understanding of the value of the different deliverables of a user experience team.
* Experience preparing and conducting user research and usability tests.
* Proven ability to collaborate with team members
* Proficiency with optimization techniques as well as an understanding of site analytics.
* Experience working with Agile teams is a plus.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
* Lead a team of user experience designers working on multiple projects and assume responsibility for all deliverables.
* Facilitate project discovery and analysis.
* Continually pursue opportunities to improve project strategy to better address client and user objectives.
* Continually innovates and improves internal processes and deliverables to set new standards. Proactively educates internal groups about user experience and seeks opportunities to help in the development of client relationships

Deliverables: -Create visual treatments and graphic elements/assets -Experience w/ userflow, analysis, research, wireframing and a focus on user testing. Design mockups, layouts, style guides, and brand standards for interactive projects that begin (and end) with the user in mind -Ability to generate designs that are simple to implement in HTML and CSS

Looking for a strong UX designer with adequate visual design skills as well, to create engaging user experiences for the websites desktop browser based products. Must be able to think big picture as well as implement ideas that are practical and feasible. Design style must be clean, somewhat minimalistic with a special sauce arsenal for finishing touches. Must also love super heroes and drink awesome juice. Experience with Agile process is a plus. Of course the usual fine print: works well with humans, can work in a deadline driven environment, great presentational and conversations skills, attention to detail, etc.
