Responsibilities:
The Senior Interaction Designer is responsible for the design behind the delivery of state-of-the-art
Business Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will work with a close knit design team responsible for the
overall user experience of these applications as you collaborate with cross-functional teams that include
engineers, producers, product managers, as well as other designers.

Success in this position requires enthusiasm and flexibility to work on a variety of projects as needed,
as well as the ability to rapidly acquire new domain familiarity.

* Prepare user interface specification documents consisting of conceptual models, process flows,
wireframes and interaction flow diagrams.
* Team up with interaction designers to ensure consistency within the application and document
agreed-upon patterns/standards.
* Conduct, analyze, present results and recommendations from in-house usability studies.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience working as a UX Designer (or similar role) in the design of websites,
web applications, desktop, mobile applications.
* Must have a portfolio of work/ samples of interaction design work.
* Motivation and strong communication skills.
* Experience researching personae, communicating flows and creating wireframes.
* Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, Human Factors, or related field.
* Master's degree preferred.
