Sr. Technical Analyst

Role:
Exercise leadership – Guide a team of analytical professionals through analysis, modeling, and project management for key media and studio client deliverables
Consult with executives - Set priorities, hit deadlines, shape the deliverables and communicate science into results that can be understood and acted upon
Collaborate with key partners - Act as liaison for the team with highly technical teams such as Decision Science, Technology and external vendors/consultants
Position for success - Participate in high-value opportunity projects, as needed

How To Stand Out:
• Previous experience with web applications or programming languages (e.g., CSS, Javascript, HTML)
• Previous experience with advanced marketing analytics (e.g. digital and cross-platform attribution)
• Experience with statistics, industrial engineering, marketing and sales, media, pricing, or revenue management analytics
• Master’s or PhD with specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative field or equivalent

• Seven plus years of experience in advanced analytics or consulting role
• Exhibited ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision makers
• Experience translating complex problems and solutions to all levels of an organization
• Ability to organize work and thrive in an operational and ad-hoc analysis role
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to rapidly changing business environment
• Proficiency in Tableau
• Experience with complex databases, database manipulation, and statistical analysis (SQL, SAS, R)
• Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative field or equivalent
