Plans, researches, writes, edits, and releases technical documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities: Plans, researches, writes, edits, and releases technical documentation such as product user guides, operational guides, installation and commissioning guides, trial and testing documentation, system overviews, training modules/scripts, and system-level engineering and developer documentation. Facilitates cross-functional team meetings to solicit accurate information, capture requirements and review comments, and verify accuracy of documentation and training.

Ten+ years of technical writing experience creating end-user documentation, engineering documentation, and training modules.
- Strong organizational, writing, interviewing, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to turn complex concepts into understandable documentation, presentations, and training materials.
- Demonstrated desktop publishing, automated document template development/execution, and technical editing ability.
- Ability to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and successfully interact with others at all levels.
- Experienced using MS Office 2010, FrameMaker, HTML, Captivate, Perforce, Agile, among other tools.

Additional Skills: Experience in instructional design with demonstrated ability in developing online training.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
