Sr. Researcher/Planner

This large Advertising Agency located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA is looking for a candidate willing to go beyond superficial consumer feedback to mine insights capable of changing perception and behavior. In this role you will oversee qualitative and desk research efforts to develop and refine marketing strategies in partnership with advertising clients and brand planners.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Design, coordinate, and moderate innovative qualitative research efforts –ethnographies, shop-a-longs, online
discussion boards

Mine secondary databases and public information to synthesize compelling perspectives on industry trends and
prepare for new business pitches

Build strong working relationships with other functions within agency to provide integrated recommendations

Make accurate and vivid presentations of findings


Minimum Qualifications:

History of passionate curiosity in academics, business, or non-profit.

Two to five+ years qualitative market research experience preferred

Track record of client impact preferred

Experience in the telecom industry a plus

Experience in syndicated data analysis and survey programming are helpful

Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Access and Microsoft Word

Strong verbal and digital presentation skills
