A full service digital agency headquartered in Brooklyn with offices worldwide is seeking a Senior Researcher to join their team. This position is ongoing FREELANCE with a strong possibility of going PERMANENT!

Our Researchers believe in the value user research brings to developing sound business & experience strategies, and ultimately finding the best solutions for our clients. We are looking for that unique combination of experience in moderating qualitative research and leading quantitative research. We need someone to moderate usability research, in-home ethnographic projects, as well as manage quantitative studies. We’re also looking for someone who is ready to help us develop new blended methodologies to uncover users’ needs in our every evolving digital world. Researchers should have a true knack for analyzing qualitative data and observations, crafting findings into compelling and goal-oriented reports, and presenting that work to clients. They will be able to assist in the evaluation and selection of research vendors and freelancers as well as contribute to thought leadership by participating in internal research projects, writing blog posts, and research summaries.

What we’d like to see:
 Qualitative moderators with experience in usability, groups, and ethnographic research.
 Experience designing and fielding primary quantitative research and a willingness to learn more.
 Strong analytical skills and an ability to tell compelling stories from data.
 Experience presenting research findings both to internal teams and formally to senior & executive client stakeholders.
 Proven communication skills with both internal teams and clients on a high level. 
 Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
