Sr Project Manager (Program Manager)

Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager/Project Manager.

The position works closely with the team of strategists, experience designers and developers. The ideal candidate
knows how to deliver solutions that exceed client and team expectations on time and on budget – while having fun
doing it!
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Collaborate with discipline leads and project teams to execute on the strategic roadmap to ensure client
expectations are managed with regard to scope and progress in schedule and budget
● Effectively work with a cross-functional team to organize, plan, develop and deliver product releases in a
timely and accurate manner
● Manage internal and external resources to successfully deliver releases on schedule, within specification
and budget
● Design pragmatic solutions that are flexible and forward-looking, while remaining simple and
straightforward
● Create high-quality, unambiguous project documents that stakeholders can easily understand, including
business requirements, technical requirements, product release requirements, project plan, scope of work
and budget, goals and objectives, constraints, roles and responsibilities
● Solve technical problems with urgency by helping business and technical teams reach consensus by asking
the right questions, and offering solutions
● Deal with technical and business ambiguity while delivering clarity of vision for programs and projects
Project manage all product integration, launches, changes throughout implementation
● Draw on experience and creativity in the use of staffing, tools and technology that will help eliminate
project obstacles
● Exhibit strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully convey varying positions on relevant issues to reach
team consensus
● Relentlessly ensure that the right information is delivered to the right audience about programs and
projects, clearly articulating scope, timelines, owners, risks, mitigation and successes
● Ensure proper processes and practices are adhered to throughout the project
● Manage expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to the team; come prepared to
meetings with proper materials/documentation
● Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre and post product launch/changes
● Assist with team growth, training and education - mentoring must be a passion for the right candidate
