Internet Sales and Marketing is looking for an experienced, business-savvy Senior Digital Sales Operations Specialist to play a key role within the Organization. The individual will be responsible for leading projects and initiatives leveraging digital sales technology to improve digital customer experience (online, mobile, apps, etc), operational productivity, and simplify processes throughout the organization.
The individual will work collaboratively with internal departments (marketing, product management, project management, user design and experience, analytics, testing, and I.T.) and solutions vendors to prioritize and deliver projects and initiatives that increase customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. He or she will work with modern web technologies and a cross functional team to translate business and customer needs into great web experiences.
This position will be responsible for leading projects and initiatives designed to drive KPIs such as online sales and conversions, call rate reduction and utilization of digital experiences. They will serve as an initiative leader to deliver projects and/or operation process improvements from opportunity definition to go-live. As a part of those responsibilities, forecasting, productivity, and other sales support functions will be required.
This position requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional online marketing strategy, project / program management, communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will thrive leading a team operating at a fast pace to deliver results with a high standard of quality. The individual must have a strong track record of influencing and driving change in a fast paced environment.


Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members of the organization to proactively identify and implement improvements to improve company and team KPIs
• Create and Present communications regarding Sales Operations projects, key milestones, status, risks and key next steps with key executives and working team stakeholders.
• Develop, and insure the accuracy and efficient distribution reports, presentations and other intelligence essential to the sales organization and executive team
• Develop an in depth knowledge of and core products, experiences, and projects, and then utilize this knowledge to successfully lead Sales Operations initiatives
• Analyze performance metrics data and leverage to effectively change processes and for effective team operations
• Proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency within projects and initiatives
• Manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting, as needed
• Work with management and operations to evaluate and implement new technologies to improve sales productivity and efficiency
• Partner with teams to design, implement and oversee communication and training for new and existing tools, projects, initiatives and processes
• Act as a liaison/partner between Sales Operations team and other internal customers
• Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team accomplish company goals.
• Work closely with Business Stakeholders and Leadership to address concerns and ensure the timeliness of resolution.
• Identify opportunities and weaknesses within and make proposals to create value and increase operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain internal relationships with working team and executive stakeholders as well as working and delivery teams.
• Manage and resolve issues reported from project stakeholders.
• Work with analytics team to optimize site, monitor web traffic, conversion rates, and click-thru rates, analyze and present metrics to set targets and measure key performance indicators.
• Oversee the testing of web initiatives online prior to launch.


Skill Requirements

• 5+ years Experience in Digital Sales Operations and/or Marketing experience; Digital/Internet experience required
• BS or BA required
• Experience with creating communication/presentations to upper management
• Experience working with strategic partners (preferably design and usability firms)
• Experience with reporting, forecasting, analytics skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills to review data and metrics and identify areas for opportunity
• Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
• Strong attention to detail required
• Excellent communication and people skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, and leadership skills required
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple/simultaneous, highly complex, cross-functional projects/initiatives
• Highly responsive and proactive, supporting leaders and team
• Proven ability to work and interact with multiple stakeholder groups and agencies / vendors
• Ability to work well within a team environment and under pressure of very tight and stringent deadlines
• Must have strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint high proficiency required)
• Possess problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to create sophisticated solutions to complex problems
• Project / Program Management and Internet Sales / Marketing background desired
• Preferred knowledge of the Oracle Ecommerce platform
• Ability to work effectively across teams in different locations and areas of the business
