Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate project deadlines, deliverables, budgets, and clients from brief to delivery.
Recognize and solve problems affecting production including schedules, staff, quality, and order of production line.
Develop customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
Resolve issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
Investigate and recommend cost-effective implementation and production alternatives.
Maintain a database of reliable print and production vendors.
Request printing and production estimates.
Coordinate printing and production of elements
Plan and maintain project timelines and budgets.
Consistent project tracking and reporting through established systems.
Maintain the archiving of project files, information, and resources.
Work with Management team as needed to help meet all deadlines.
Multi-tasking and prioritizing workload.
General Support: Research and image searches.
Proofing and editing as needed.
Shipping and handling.
Coordinate the maintenance of facilities and equipment as needed.
Administrative support as needed including answering the phone, filing, data entry, keeping supplies stocked etc.
