Agency client is seeking a client-facing Senior Digital Project Manager (aka: Senior Web Producer) or production-focused Digital Account Supervisor to join an expanding team. This candidate will be tasked to apply their understanding of digital production, client management and industry best practices while managing innovative, intelligent and highly engaging digital solutions. The right candidate will be able to accomplish the following goals:
-Strengthen long-standing relationships with our existing Fortune 500 clients through seamless execution across projects that will naturally support future business growth and client NPS scores.
-Demonstrates transparency (via documentation) across all aspects of project execution with ability to manage risks in timelines and budgets, to enable Account and Senior Management teams to strategically make informed business decisions to support client business needs
-Demonstrates a ‘doer’ and problem solver mentality among the project management team, reinforcing collaboration, creativity, resourcefulness and efficiency across all project execution

The Senior Digital Project Manager is responsible for supporting the project execution for the agency to ensure client-centricity within the production life cycle that seamlessly delivers according to the client’s business needs.

Overall Responsibilities:
-Hands-on project management on both clients and internal teams to ensure that respective projects are kept on-time, on-budget, are profitable, and meet client business needs.
-Creates project brief and timelines , drive weekly client status meetings & create project reports, monitor project resource allocation, hours, external project costs and provide on- going project risk management
-Supports the Associate Project Director on aspects to scoping including budgeting and creation of SOWs on existing clients and new business development as needed
-Actively assists junior project management staff with issues resolution and development of action plans as necessary.
-Be part of supporting the agency’s global project processes including collaboration across production and technical efforts into a cohesive and functional client-centric delivery solution
-Be part of providing training and mentoring to junior level project management staff on procedures and tools required to deliver success and minimize risks to clients’ projects efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements:
-4-6 years of project management within a digital agency or digital marketing team OR 2 – 3 years of project management experience within a management consultant firm with previous client management experience
-Desire to grow and learn, open mind and willingness to try different approaches to achieve an optimal, efficient and seamless project delivery
-Experience leading large scale, strategic digital solutions, development and social media executions, and the financial input, project execution and estimation for such projects
-Client management experience in written and verbal communication and/or across project deliverables
-Facilitating project coordination and managing expectations across internal, 3rd party and/or client teams according to project requirements and work streams from kick off to deployment
-Risk management prior to and during the project execution, managing risks within project timelines, budgets and agency positioning
-Excellent client-facing written / verbal communication and presentation skills, highly organized and strong attention to details
-Thorough understanding of project processes according to execution and project type including and not limited to site builds, digital campaigns, video production, 3D digital experiences, responsive design and/or mobile apps
-Strong interpersonal skills in establishing, motivating and fostering internal & client relationships
-Strength in creatively or strategic problem-solving and critical thinking
-Highly enthusiastic and positive, with a ‘Do-er’ mentality to take on initiatives and be proactive in project management tasks
-Displays boldness, passion, resiliency, self-motivated, team-oriented, has a ‘get it done’ mentality, strong desire to learn/grow/develop and have fun
