We have an immediate need on the Littlest Pet Shop Franchise Brand for a results-oriented, innovative global brand manager. Your main focus will be leveraging consumer insights to define and execute product strategy as well as to build cohesive and actionable category marketing plans.
In this critical role you will be a consumer insights and trends expert, leveraging the latest insights to build innovative product and marketing experiences. You will partner with cross-functional teams including: design & development, packaging, engineering, operations, and finance on all phases of product development. You will balance managing day-to-day demands of this role in addition to larger projects, ensuring they are executed with excellence and completed on time.
The ideal candidate is a creative and enthusiastic problem solver with a good analytical foundation to ground decision making and enable the business to meet/exceed brand goals. You will need to be a collaborative, proactive and responsive team member and leader. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

Our client is looking for someone with extensive PRODUCT Marketing experience NOT just experience building marketing programs and promotions. They want someone who has worked with cross functional teams to bring a product line/ or segment from concept to completion.,

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the general direction of the Global Brand Leader and Senior Team, you will:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow higher margin businesses.
  • Drive product innovation to better meet consumer demands.
  • Develop overall go-to-market product strategy.
  • Partner with global supply chain to identify programs which will decrease development costs and gain efficiencies where applicable.
  • Maintain current knowledge of modern manufacturing trends, technologies and competitive practices.
  • Collaborate with global brand strategy and exclusives marketing team in the development of all special and exclusive products.
  • Become the global insights expert and leverage learning across product lines.
  • Create go-to-market template to deliver global marketing to regional level:
  • Provide timely, consistent communication and delivery of key brand assets to internal business partners and regional partners
  • Partner with Franchise lead to oversee regional merchandising activities relative to category plan.
