Our client is looking Sr. Product Marketing Manager (Downstream) with CRM experience within the Cardio industry.

Relocation is offered for this role.

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for launch strategy, marketing strategy and implementation, CRM, sales support and development and marketing activities that will maximize results from targeted sales processes and strategies.

Experience within the Cardiac Medical Device industry is required and a thorough understanding of product and market management, physician and patient marketing is required.

The ideal talent will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Primary management responsibility for developing systems, services and behaviors that will produce maximum results from targeted sales processes.
• Has responsibility for the design and implementation of product-defined sales and manpower metrics

1. Works within a matrix environment along with sales management to apply professional skills in support of the successful promotion of specific products, feature sets, or services, as conducted by the field organization.

2. Support sales management with focus upon timeline-based sales initiatives relative to achieving specific product sales goals within defined geographic domains.

3. Works with Corporate Accounts management to support bids and contracts processes when such activities are centered on specific sales initiatives.

4. Works in conjunction with the VP Training and Education to provide targeting and measurement to training-based sales initiatives.

5. Determines customer needs related to product knowledge and benefits offered by company products as a result of direct interface with product end users: physicians, RNs etc.

6. Materially assists with the evaluation and origination of grants and donations across the Product Division.

7. Assists Product Division Marketing in implementing product launch strategies; in particular those launches associated with timeline dependent behaviors, tiered marketplace strategies, new clinical indications that require intensified focus
