Our healthcare client in San Francisco, CA is hiring! This client has an immediate need for a contract-to-hire Sr. Product Manager, Customer Service Desktop Solutions. This role can work in San Francisco or Eldorado Hills. Some travel required.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Digital Platform Solutions, the Sr. Product Manager, Customer Service Desktop Solution, is responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for the customer service desktop solution that will enable the future state business strategy. The charter for the Sr. product manager includes building the business case for, designing, and implementing, a unified desktop application that will provide an all-in customer view via integrated access to data, customer insights, and improved knowledge management capabilities.
The product manager will work with a cross functional team of business and IT partners in a fast paced environment and will be responsible for conception, development, delivery, maintenance and evolution of the Customer Service Desktop platform. The Sr. product manager will be responsible for owning and managing the product and implementation roadmap, vision, and implementation of the desktop solution to drive operational efficiency and reduced cost.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for implementing solutions to address key capability gaps across the enterprise, including the Customer Service desktop replacement and knowledge management solutions
• Work alongside senior management and key stakeholders to champion the vision, scope, and implementation roadmap for the Customer Service Desktop solution
• Leads the business case development/ROI analysis, feasibility, price modeling to provide new product recommendations to sr. management
• Lead the business requirements gathering process and work with the technology vendor and internal teams to complete the product design and future state process definition
• Own the future state capability blueprints and help inform cross functional target state requirements across BPM, Consumer Solutions (for channel specific customer experiences) and Enterprise (Business) Architecture
• Partner with vendors and internal technology teams and own implementation of solutions. Working in a hands-on manner, successfully manage and deliver large and complex projects. Provide leadership on major initiatives, including vendor solution contracts, implementations and integrations, new product development, etc.
• Effectively execute against the roadmap and drive progress in a ‘hands-on’ manner
• Autonomously access market trends, current product offerings and customer needs to identify new product opportunities
• Implement, operate, and manage performance of the implemented solutions
• Champion platform capability offerings to key enterprise partners and senior management across the company
