Compelling Multichannel Marketing Strategy:
Independently influences the business' approach to integrated multichannel marketing. Influences strategy and decisions by thinking long-term, demonstrating adaptability and bringing focus to complexity.
Designs and champions an integrated multichannel marketing annual tactical plan aligned to business objectives. Have crucial conversations with business partners to resolve situations where scope and resources are not aligned.
Advances integrated multichannel marketing strategy & industry expertise through ongoing training and development.
Partners with program management team to deliver on the strategy and execution

Empowered business partnerships & engagement:
Demonstrates fluid understanding of business strategy and target audiences
Analyzes, synthesizes and shares insights based on market, research, behavioral and performance data at senior marketing leadership levels.
Oversees franchise business partnership and advances franchise integrated multichannel marketing strategies.
Works with program management to develop execution strategy and oversees the execution of campaigns.
Inspires, influences and leads several agencies partners and manages outside spend/budget. Provides clear direction to agency partners to develop multichannel campaign and execution of creative.

Successful collaboration to achieve results:
Consistently uses Interactive Marketing processes and standards to capture and communicate effective business requirements. Proactively ensures internal partners have what they need to deliver successful services. Makes recommendations about how processes and standards can be enhanced.
Fluidly translates business strategies into integrated multichannel marketing strategy and clear direction for creative development and delivery. Leverages and contributes to expertise, best-practices and portfolio benchmarks in designing effective interactive programs and campaigns.
Advances and shares multichannel measurement plans, selecting KPIs and setting goals, targets and measurement milestones for each business objective
Proficiently pulls, analyzes and shares data monthly to highlight insights and make decisions with iM and business partners
Forecasts budget quarterly and tracks financial budget at least monthly to proactively manage resources and expectations. Submits contracts in a timely manner and works proactively with all partners to track spend.
