Job Description:

Senior Producer will work directly with Account, Creative and Financial teams, as well as key clients, to ensure memorable experiences, executed flawlessly, on schedule, within budget and exceeds all expectations. Agility, professionalism, attention to detail and grace under pressure Senior Producer, Live Meetings & Shows and occasional Consumer Facing Events, will be primarily responsible for the production and execution of elements including but not limited to:

· Schedule development and project management
· Budget development and management
· Show personnel staffing
· Staging design, fabrication and installation
· Directing audio, video and lighting design and equipment
· Oversight and development of creative media modules and interactive technology content
· Live talent, guest speakers and musical entertainment

Key Skills and Accountabilities:
· Must have proven experience leading the production of complex budgets, extended staff plus multiple elements and schedules in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
· Develop and actively manage vendor/freelance/ talent relationships to ensure best available talent.
· Must have the ability to act as liaison with GM partners and other Tier 1 suppliers as necessary, building a productive relationship based on mutual trust and respect. This includes participation in periodic face-to-face client meetings as requested by account leadership.
· Ensure that production processes are followed and that programs are developed within compliance of purchasing guidelines. This includes the third party vendor procurement process. In collaboration with clients’ accounts receivable/payables, maintain required schedule for billings, accruals, forecasting and reconciliations.
· Support account leadership to ensure clear and timely communication to clients regarding all of the above. Ensure a “no surprises” approach, keeping the account team and creative teams continuously up to date on the status of all elements.

Qualifications

College degree
8-plus years of senior production management of meeting and live event experiences
Strong program management, organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, effectiveness, attention to detail, flexibility, professional confidence and accountability for results.
Expertise in the following areas is required:
Management of multiple live programs and internal / freelance teams
Experience with video and interactive digital media production
Utilization of existing processes with attention to improving them as conditions evolve with a desire to remain informed of current trends and improvements.
Presence in office at least 80% during any given work day/work week.
Travel Requirement: 10% – 20% annually
Candidate must have the strong skills in the following areas:
Microsoft Excel (Budgets, schedules, resource management)
Microsoft Word (Production templates, forms, etc.)
Microsoft PowerPoint (Communication of production solutions)
Microsoft Outlook (Team communication)
Candidates should also have the ability to utilize proprietary programs to complete basic office responsibilities including but not limited to:
Time Sheets
Expenses Reports
PTO scheduling
Cost tracking
