Sr Payments Product Manager

The Senior Payments Product Manager reports to the Director of Global Consumer Payments and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess, prioritize and execute a portfolio of payment products, both regional and globally. As a senior member of the Global Payments team, the Senior Payments Product Manager will be responsible to ensure products meet a high processing standard, achieve the best customer experience, highest revenue growth, creative expense management and lowest total cost of payments. This role is expected to bring innovation, a strategic perspective, a passionate voice, and an ability to prioritize and execute on a fast-moving set of product priorities, competitive pressures, and market opportunities.

1. Drive Payment Products Strategy & Roadmap - Perform in-depth market-level, enterprise-level and industry-level analysis to identify payments opportunities. Quantify and prioritize these opportunities with a wide range of key stakeholders that are internal and external to Global Consumer Payments. Own payment strategy and roadmap for a specific region or a portfolio of payment products
2. Deliver and Improve Payment Products - Define key payments requirements throughout the lifecycle of a transaction (e.g. checkout experience, back-end reconciliation, refunds, settlement requirements and vendor requirements) to ensure Total Return of Investment for payment products. Lead internal and external teams to execute prioritized initiatives. Provide product management oversight in the project implementation to ensure seamless payments experience and optimized operational processes
3. Engagement with 3rd Party Payments Vendors - Drive up vendor performance by building strong partnership and accountability. Lead payments vendor RFI process by working closely with legal, treasury, tax, technology, procurement and operation teams. Negotiate and manage payment vendor key terms and performance goals. Align with vendor strategy and roadmap behind strategic priorities of Global Consumer Payments
4. Manage Key Stakeholders – Enable high-quality, enterprise-level decisions by providing payments expertise; serve as a payments consultant to enable strategic decisions of the Client. brands. Constantly identify and communicate the value and strategic vision of payments. Drive executive-level presentations and drive organizational change towards a strong payments business.

• Decision making: Use a factual approach to decision-making by systematically collecting valid and reliable data. Rely on data rather than on emotions.
