• Has a minimum of 3-5 years overall creative design experience. 2+ years in package design.
• Has a proven track record in producing original conceptual work
• Has commercial awareness with knowledge of retail industry trends, leading brands, and the latest marketing
communications strategies
• Is well-informed of new developments, technologies, and standards relevant to marketing, design, and advertising
• Has excellent knowledge of the principles of graphic design, typography and demonstrable experience of practicing these within the bounds of corporate and brand identity
• Is a laterally-thinking collaborative mindset with the ability to work from internal (Sales/Product Management) and external (Agencies/Artists) concept direction
• Is able to articulate creative ideas both verbally, in writing, and through implementation
• Must be able to demonstrate organization and the ability to multi-task. The candidate also must be able to use analytical skills to lay out a electronics accessory line with packaging solutions, within fast-paced, high energy, urgent delivery demands
• Has the ability to collaborate with other team members and assist them to fulfill requests and optimize design efficiencies
• Can analyze consumer history and work with the Creative Director to develop each package plan.
• Can work closely and collaboratively with the Packaging Production Specialist to communicate each plan.
• Is proficient in software in the Adobe Creative suite. (Print a must, web as an added bonus)

• Packaging – value adding Imagery, structure, materials, production, creating comps and printing process
• POP – sale generating floor displays, counter displays, banners, headers, etc…
• Sales Collateral – eye catching presentations, brochures, product sell sheets, and price lists
