Come and work for one of the largest non profit membership organizations in the United States! Immediate need for a Senior Online Marketing Manager to sit on-site in their Washington, DC location. This is a 6 month contract with a high probability of being extended.

The Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns will consistently grow traffic and engagement of client's Online via paid media, sweepstakes, social media, email marketing and more. This position is ideal for a hands-on individual who can take projects from concept to implementation and management, and has a proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering success across multiple marketing vehicles.

Major Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing plans that will contribute to successful and profitable launches, including acquisition campaigns to grow client's site registrants, visits, pageviews, and memberships. • Manage, report and optimize online campaigns in both paid and non-paid, external and in-house vehicles, including email, display, paid search, sweepstakes, social and new media. • Work with sweepstakes agency and internal groups (Product, Legal, IT, Brand, etc.) to manage sweepstakes from concept, creative, to analytics optimization and reporting. • Determine return on investment for marketing programs to optimize campaigns and make recommendations to increase effectiveness and efficiency. • Develop creative briefs and manage project timelines and tasks ensuring flawless execution of all campaigns. • Responsible for ensuring functional end-to-end campaign tracking • Analyze and report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis. Identify trends and opportunities for improvements. • This is not a technical or administrative position. No web programming required.
