Duration: Through the end of the year (December 2016)

The Sr. Manager of Marketing is responsible for driving awareness, traffic, and consumer adoption our digital pharmacy and front store tools to build our omni-channel customer base. Working closely with business partners in our Digital organization, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the following:

Specific Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies and integrated plans leveraging paid, earned, and owned channels and assets, with both online and offline tactics to drive awareness and traffic to our tools

• Seamlessly pivot back and forth from providing thoughtful insight on strategic marketing efforts and day-to-day project management of campaigns in development

• With a keen sense of detail and organization skills, provide careful execution across multiple marketing channels, with a heavy focus on email as a critical customer touch point

• Provide thought leadership to identify trends and implement best practices for digital marketing, including analytics, SEM/SEO, email marketing, social media marketing and content amplification

• Establish and leverage analytics to measure campaign success; continuously optimize to deliver desired results

• Profile new and existing customers to understand opportunities for retention/growth

• Identify, manage and “unblock” cross-functional and cross-initiative issues

•Establish strong collaborative working relationships with internal business partners including Enterprise Digital, Operations, Marketing, Stores, Communications, etc.


• 8+ years of relevant work experience with demonstrated ability of taking ownership of significant projects and strategy implementation

• Direct Marketing experience with proven track record of planning, monitoring and delivering tactical online and offline marketing activities with a strong focus on ROI

• Strong comfort with managing multiple projects at once, in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and attention to detail are keys to success

• Experience developing marketing campaigns to create awareness and consideration of digital assets – e.g. website, mobile app

• Mobile app acquisition and engagement Marketing plan experience is helpful, but not required

• Ability to get buy-in in short order amongst key stakeholders in the creative development and review process

• Experience sharing back out with business partners, things that are working and things that can be improved

• Comfort/familiarity with emerging technologies and inexorable intellectual curiosity

• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills

• Strong analytic and operational skills

• Experience working in a Marketing environment at an e-commerce company of e-commerce division is desired, but not required

• Degree Required (business, Marketing, or Economics preferred)
