Sr. Mid & Jr Media Manager

Our client, a Digital Marketing Agency in Buckhead, is seeking a Senior, Mid and Jr. Media Manager for a 30 day on-site contract starting immediately. Please respond via email if you are interested and available for this opportunity. Please no calls at this time.

The Interactive Media Manager will be primarily responsible for the successful planning, buying, and management of all types of internet media, primarily paid search, for principal client accounts to ensure that goals are met and exceeded.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that not only meet but exceed key clients’ online objectives
• Working with Media Supervisor to create, plan, organize, implement and control the media processes & best practices within the department
• Work cohesively with media and client teams to manage all phases of interactive campaign cycles, from research, planning/buying to optimization and analysis
• Identify and test revenue generating online media and marketing campaigns, including the following: Banners, Emails, Contextual, PPC, CPA and Co-Reg
• Create and execute key client paid search media strategies and plans
• Effectively manage and optimize PPC campaigns on time and within budget on major search engines including Google, Bing and various smaller engines
• Keeps abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances in research and buying planning software and communicates those to Account Service/Clients
• Prepare optimization reports and bid recommendations based upon key campaign metrics including CTR, conversion rate, A/S Ratio, and ROI
• Develop buying strategies and determine ad placements that maximize effectiveness of clients’ media budgets
• Construct technology, media, and research strategies as well as oversee the production of creative units
• Evaluate required media data for the execution of media plans including competitive spending, tracking plan, delivery schedules, and rates
• Analyze results, make recommendations for future campaigns, and deliver relevant reports to client team
• Effectively manage numerous campaigns on time, and within budget
• Produce and present media planning documents, and competitive analyses
• Produce and present weekly, quarterly and yearly results to Clients
• Research during campaign development utilizing media research tools and resources
• Work cohesively with internal departments to implement new relationships, launch new campaigns and additional internal efforts
• Manage media negotiations and vendor relationships
• Monitor and evaluate the latest trends in the interactive media landscape especially as related to paid search

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3+ years media planning/buying experience, 2+ years online media experience including campaign development and performance analysis for Paid Search Campaigns
• Experience managing ROI driven paid search campaigns in Yahoo, Google AdWords, MSN, Ask, and various 2nd Tier Engines
• Firm grasp of key online media including paid and organic search, banners, email, affiliate marketing, and co-reg
• Experience with third-party ad delivery technology
• Understanding of pricing models (CPA, CPM, CPC, CPL)
• Fluent in Excel, Powerpoint and Internet Tools
• Advanced communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Detailed oriented with strong attention to follow through
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
