A leading global provider of Corporate Card and Supplier Payments Solutions is looking for a freelance/contract to hire Sr. Marketing Strategy Manager to join their growing team. This is onsite, 40 hours a week, 6 - 12 months with the opportunity to convert to full time/salaried employee.

This is an incredibly exciting time to join this Prospect Marketing team. As an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will have an extraordinary opportunity to own the inbound customer experience across channels from initial engagement by inbound marketing associates to lead distribution.

Responsibilities:
• Develop multi-channel inbound dialogue strategy (i.e. phone, click to chat, etc.) building upon the Middle Market’s buyer personas and journeys.
• Develop systematic approach to measure readiness-to-buy during inbound customer interactions to determine next step in customer journey.
• Create training strategy and associated assets to up-skill inbound channel associates.
• Design and implement campaign performance metrics to derive insights to enhance future campaigns and messaging.

Qualifications:
• Strong strategic marketer with strong focus on the customer.
• Comfortable with innovation and change in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.
• Detail-oriented project manager who can juggle multiple work streams in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Effective communicator with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Problem solver who can manage through operational challenges and overcome them.
• Inbound telemarketing experience a plus.
