Sr Marketing Project Manager/Direct Mail

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager for one of our San Francisco clients. This is a 3-month contract opportunity, 40 hours/week, on-site. We are looking for someone who has a deep knowledge of Direct Mail activities including creative development initiatives through execution. You will have a solid knowledge of the creative process and enjoy bringing your detailed enthusiasm to a bustling corporate environment.

Responsibilities
• Strategically lead the management and execution of cross-functional marketing related projects
• Develop and execute project goals that support business objectives, ensuring effective delivery of program goals
• Manage/drive the creation, review and approval of project deliverables
• Establish clear objectives and deliverables for the project that support the business and marketing.
• Schedule and run all project reviews
• Drive and execute integrated development plan that represents the appropriate level of detail and task interdependency and aligns project tactics with overall project strategy.
• Manage complex stakeholder alignment and issue resolution using sophisticated executive influencing skills
• Manage projects within the established scope, schedule and budget
• Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation
• Facilitate core team meetings and maintain master schedule
• Influence results through others
• Work in a self-directed environment; lead team and initiatives as needed
• Critical thinking and strong communication skills required. Will be working in matrixed environment (legal, marketing, regulatory, multiple Bank product lines, agencies, etc.)
• Financial Services experience preferred with Traditional Banking (Retail, Business or Commercial) and M&A experience a big plus
