Sr. Project Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY: Support sales and marketing efforts through the development and execution of marketing communication plans to enhance and promote the growth and development of MEDNAX and its affiliates and subsidiaries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversees copy related to all projects that promote company services/products through various print and electronic media (i.e. RFPs, web sites, direct mail, tradeshows, advertising, newsletters, patient education, marketing collateral, etc.).
•Oversight of administrative duties required by the Company’s Content Review Policy, Content Committee Charter, and Content Workflow Processes and Parameters documents.
•Explore ideas and concepts to support visual and verbal elements provided by the creative team.
•Assist in the development of strategic marketing communication plans and programs, both short and long range, as assigned.
•Support market research/analysis and data collection/measurement and enhance marketing intelligence to drive sales and marketing efforts for MEDNAX and its affiliates and subsidiaries.
•Manage and/or assist in marketing programs to promote company products/services and brands through comprehensive marketing campaigns delivered through various media (i.e. web sites, direct mail, tradeshows, advertising, promotions, special events, newsletters, collateral, etc.)
•Ensure enforcement of corporate identity standards for all collateral materials.
•Work with various writers, artists, and photographers to complement in-house advertising and marketing efforts.
•Participate in company sponsored events as requested (Neonatal Conference, Medical Directors Meeting, etc.).
•Perform other duties as assigned.
•Travel as required.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and five to seven years of experience in marketing/healthcare industries, knowledge of management concepts, practices, procedures and employee communications.
Five to seven years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing and project management.

•Strong editing, writing, market research and analysis skills **Candidate must be able to provide written samples of their previous marketing work**
•Professional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to think strategically and handle multiple priorities.
•Demonstrated effectiveness developing strong relationships with customers and all levels of the organization (internal and external).
•MS Office experience.
•Customer Relationship Management experience preferred.
