Sr. Marketing Manager

Fortune500 financial services client seeking a passionate marketing manager with 5+ years of experience who can quickly take on the needs of the business banking team and learn key verticals (tech, medical, legal, nonprofit, etc.). We need someone who has experience creating a marketing plan that includes events, advertising, content, etc. and is able to work well and closely with our core marketing team.

The Marketing Manager will manage specific marketing programs having to do with expanding the brand’s foothold on market share. The Marketing Manager will be a key player in bringing new programs to market and transitioning them into the ‘business as usual’ marketing workflow across all channels.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Working closely with the dedicated business unit, develop marketing program plans and goals that support their business objectives/marketing strategies
• Assist in creation of sales resources (collateral, presentations, training modules, demos) and sales enablement initiatives (events, sponsorships, speaker series, advertising, microsites)
• Support development of marketing content plan to drive thought leadership
• Support segmentation and targeting strategy
• Partner with core marketing subject matter experts to brainstorm, plan and accomplish deliverables
• Direct external agency partners and other vendors on projects, timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Manage stakeholder alignment and issue resolution using sophisticated executive influence skills
• Manage all aspects of timely and quality deliverable completion to support the plan
• Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation
