Sr. Marketing Manager

The Sr. Manager of Marketing is responsible for leading a variety of initiatives to help us acquire new pharmacy customers and increase our engagement with and retention of current customers. Working closely with business partners in our Pharmacy Operations and Digital organization, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies and integrated plans leveraging paid, earned, and owned channels and assets, with both online and offline tactics to drive both awareness of our tools and services and drive conversion
• Collaborate with Insights and key stakeholders to shape and develop consumer and customer learning plans
• Seamlessly pivot back and forth from providing thoughtful insight on strategic marketing efforts and day-to-day project management of campaigns in development
• Establish and leverage analytics to measure campaign success; continuously monitor and optimize to deliver desired results
• Develop strong collaborative working relationships with internal business partners including Pharmacy and Store Operations, Enterprise Digital, Advertising, Customer Insights and Research, Legal, and Field Management to drive support for initiatives and deftly move projects forward

Job Requirements:
• Strong marketing skills with experience across a broad range of focus areas including: brand marketing, strategic planning, project management, market analysis, research planning, and integrated communications
• Experience developing marketing campaigns to create awareness and consideration of digital assets, e.g. website, mobile app, etc.
• Demonstrated ability of taking ownership of significant projects and strategy implementation
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills; an active listener
• Proven track record of developing, delivering and monitoring tactical offline and online marketing activities with a strong focus on ROI
• Demonstrated ability to turn insights into action by creating and testing hypotheses and developing game changing ideas and solutions that help us delight our customers
• Possess the positive energy, passion, and influencing skills to gain agreement from colleagues (i.e. senior leaders, colleagues, and other stakeholders) and successfully lead initiatives through a matrix organization to deliver against objectives on time and on budget

Minimum Qualifications:
• Approximately 7+ years of progressive consumer marketing experience; retail marketing experience is helpful but not required
• Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred
