Sr. Marketing Manager

Our client is an educational company who provides test prep for high school, college, and life! They are in need of a Sr. Marketing Manager, who, working with the CEO and Marketing Associate, develops and manages the creation, initiation and implementation of annual marketing plans. Directs the implementation of strategic marketing, branding, advertising (offline and online), outreach support, website, PR, social media, collateral plans, and CRM marketing initiatives (when implemented). Also manages the marketing aspects of website and social media. These are executed in line with the overall strategy and enrollment goals.

1. Ensures the most effective balance of activities between channels, market timing, offerings, and direct vs. branding activities. Manages the implementation of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring the timely and effective launch and completion within the designated budget while making recommendations as necessary. The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for budget recommendations and submittals as well as managing to and tracking budget expenditures.

2. The Sr. Marketing Manager supervises one Marketing Associate with their day-to-day tasks, managing their time, workload, quality of work and priorities. Ensures marketing activities are integrated across job responsibilities to drive the maximum results from marketing efforts. This position also manages relationships/partnerships with outside vendors/agencies and additional staff if/as assigned.

3. Strategizes and develops new marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase response rates. Scans the environment for all opportunities to increase company's effectiveness in meeting enrollment goals.

4. Develops and implements metrics and measurement techniques for all activities and provides reports that assess the effectiveness of company's marketing initiatives.

5. When initiated, participates in the implementation of a CRM application. Directs and leverages CRM capabilities for marketing purposes and ensures communication to Administration and Counseling based on changes, updates, and data tracking. Develops the most effective process to bring in qualified inquiries and to provide marketing activities to support conversion through the sales process. Manages the marketing budget and tracks the reconciliation of expenditures with deliverables.

6. Independently handles projects as assigned by the CEO.
