Responsibilities include overseeing the daily management of numerous pharmacy marketing initiatives focused on keeping our customers on their path to better health. Key areas of focus will be to garner insight and develop focused marketing strategies to improve health outcomes for those suffering from chronic conditions. The Senior Marketing Manager will innovate, research, lead, analyze and manage daily activities across cross-functional teams.

The Senior Marketing Manager has the potential to experience tremendous growth in managing key workstreams in support of large-scale company initiatives. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to facilitate the planning and execution of national and regional marketing strategies focused on Diabetes. Specifically, this position will focus on attracting, acquiring and growing our customer base via the implementation of strategies grounded in key consumer insights. Primary functions include supervising and managing numerous creative projects from inception to delivery while maintaining established deadlines, budget goals and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand customer needs, marketing channels, and experience leading and partnering with diverse cross-functional teams to deliver on program goals.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate strategic and management abilities by sizing business opportunities for new chronic condition programs by developing mass and direct marketing strategies and tactics, and leading the cross-functional execution of said strategies.
• Lead cross-functional working teams and elicit cooperation from cross-functional partners at varying levels in the organization.
• Develop a project governance strategy and action plan; identify key dependencies, create milestone maps and deliver a detailed project schedule; manage to the established schedule and track progress to achieve established goals.
• Conduct consumer research and analyze findings to assess new business opportunities
• Manage to designated marketing budget and make appropriate decisions to deliver the project on-time and on-budget.
• Conduct active and post-campaign analysis to identify insights and actions to build upon for future programs.

Required Qualifications
• 5-10 years marketing experience; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Superior ability and commitment to deliver successful projects on-time, on-budget and anticipate/resolve challenges and negotiate solutions.
• Proven direct marketing expertise with experience working across channels (e.g. direct mail, email, telemarketing, face-to-face, online marketing, SEO, etc.).
• Experience driving results with an ability to turn strategy into action, executing flawlessly and meeting deadlines and key milestones.
• Ability to develop and verbally deliver presentations to leadership in an articulate and thoughtful manner.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and elicit action from a team.
• Strong budget planning and analytical skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable and a strong self-starter.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
