We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Marketing Manager to work with a global brand and industry leader!

Our client is looking for someone with experience in:
*Digital, Search, Mobile, Promotional, Below the Line, and CRM channels.
*Budget Management
*Enterprise Level experience

Overview/ Requirements:
The main function of this marketing manager is to focus on managing CRM/database marketing, budget management plus partner-supporting initiatives. A marketing manager with extensive previous experience managing projects, timelines and budgets is essential to this role.

Education/Experience
o Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent training required
o 10+ years related experience required

Responsibility level
o Typically operates as a manager assisting Business Leaders and/or Senior Business Leaders

Skills
o Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
o Expert ability to develop and execute marketing strategy (Required)
o Expert knowledge of CRM, database marketing, lead generation, and campaign management (Required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Work with cross-functional internal groups (Product, Sales, Legal, etc.) on all marketing initiatives
o Work with external clients and partners in a consultative capacity
o Help lead and direct all external agency partners and other vendors on project, timelines, budgets and deliverables
o Lead and own the financial aspects of the cost of marketing plans and implementation such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
o Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
o Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
