Sr. Marketing Manager

If you are a marketing professional with at least 7 years of advertising or marketing experience with fearless creativity and outstanding time and project management skills, this role will be the one to propel your career forward. The optimal candidate has strong writing and presentation skills, an understanding of how to work effectively with agencies and freelancers, and is happiest managing multiple projects in several media formats simultaneously.
You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for project development and execution for lead generation campaigns, the corporate website, event strategy, and sales team support.

Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute plans for collateral and sales tools to include datasheets, case studies, white papers, FAQs, presentations, demos, webinars, etc.
 Develop and implement strategies for the website and continuously monitor the effectiveness and use of the site
 Manage editorial process to ensure quality of all marketing materials, including web content, emails, social media, advertising, graphics, collateral, webinars, and videos
 Create and maintain corporate standards for brand, design and communication across all department
 Develop and drive thought leadership content, including client presentations, webinar presentations, Sales team support documents, blog posts and contributed articles
 Help manage and refine lead generation activities, including campaign creative design, targeting, execution and reporting
 Maintain strong communication ties with inside and outside sales teams to encourage feedback on campaigns to improve quality and/or quantity of leads
 Facilitate work with outside agencies and freelance vendors to keep projects on time and on budget
 Manage event and tradeshow strategy; support sales team at events and measure event effectiveness in terms of branding awareness and lead generation

The ideal candidate will have:
 B2B Marketing experience
 An excellent eye/ear for brand design and corporate messaging
 Direct experience in website management and online marketing
o Understands how to market to institutional buyers
o Has worked with direct sales team selling big ticket ($100K +) solutions
o Can discuss/show portfolio of work
o In-depth understanding of web design, CMS, SEO, email marketing
o Excels at simple, compelling web and email communication
o Has managed web design/hosting contractors
o Proficient with traffic measurement tools
 Direct experience in production of sales tools (data sheets, white papers case studies, presentations)
