Company seeks energetic Sr. Marketing Manager with exceptional leadership and communication skills. The Sr. Marketing Manager will have a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. This is a full-time, onsite contract-to-hire role. The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing, planning and implementing the marketing strategies for online educational video courses.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establishes and articulates project scope, strategy and objectives to marketing staff, production team and key leadership.
• Develops promotional strategies and oversees execution of plans assigned product line(s).
• Develops, manages and executes approved budget for projects, promotions and programs associated with assigned product line(s).
• Keeps the course team(s) motivated and encourage creativity and innovation.
• Responsible for all aspects of marketing projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures.
• Conducts author relations associated with the assigned product line(s). Including responding to stakeholder inquiries and requests, maintaining continual flow of information, and planning/managing stakeholder participation.
• Acts as the primary liaison to other functional areas such as Marketing, Web, Customer Care, Publicity, Foreign Rights, Product Development, etc. to ensure awareness of current and future promotional campaigns and coordination of activities.
• Oversees the general brand for product line(s), including the creation and approval of promotional content, metadata, eMarketing materials, graphics, etc.
• Evaluates success of the overall strategy and marketing of the product line(s).
• Learns new techniques, processes, theories and technologies related to product line(s).

Supervisory Responsibilities
Hires, leads, develops and manages performance of small staff.
