Sr. Marketing Lead

Digital, Social, Brand Marketing

• Manage social media including Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Ensure timely execution of online advertising, search engine optimization and freshness and accuracy of website; analyze, make recommendations for improvements
• Aid in the creation of and execution of digital sales tools
• Participate in special projects as requested by Sales and Marketing team management
• Work with internal teams and departments such as IT, Training, HR and Sales to establish appropriate and consistent customer and prospect communication
• Assist and selectively lead projects to identify and develop new products/service opportunities
• Assist in development and management of the marketing plan

Position requires some knowledge in a variety of marketing, sales and advertising disciplines including digital marketing. Must interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization. Must have strong communication skills to interact with remote locations. Works under the guidance of the VP Marketing with a wide degree of latitude expected.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business/Marketing/Advertising or related field, with 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing marketing programs and related strategies and at least 3 years hands-on digital marketing experience in the areas above. Local or regional marketing experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Able to help implement short and long-term plans and programs; ability to apply and adapt practices and techniques to meet business needs. Able to organize and demonstrate good interpersonal management skills with an ability to prioritize workload. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proven ability to work in a lean service environment. B2B experience helpful, but not required.
