Sr. Marketing Generalist

The Sr. Marketing Generalist will execute and implement marketing initiatives and handles administration of marketing related information. Will develop, conduct and select marketing research methodologies, track and produce reports to monitor trends on new products, pricing, distribution, merchandising techniques and delivery schedules. May prepare RFP, RFI and proposals by gathering information from the sales team. Select, develop and coordinate effective marketing promotional materials and build and maintain marketing contacts and data. Oversee marketing projects in process. May also filter quality sales leads to the sales team and maintain information. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities and workflows. Must be flexible and have a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Must be proficient on the computer and have strong MS Office product and web browsing skills.

Additional Job Details: Strong marketing project management skills are critical to success in this role. Relationship management skills. Non-digital marketing/project management and financial services experience. Expert at communicating, both verbal and written. Plus if you have 401k experience or have worked with individuals doing phone sales.

• Hours: Monday through Friday, on-site 40 hours per week

• Duration: 6 months with potential to extend

• Location: San Francisco, CA
