Sr. Marketing Coordinator/Liaison (Healthcare/Regulatory)

Our client, a major healthcare corporation, is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator/Liaison for a long-term contract position. This role will be working closely with Marketing Communications and Legal to drive approval for documents requiring legal review. This individual will work with key stakeholders for timely approval of developed content, ensure that the review process is followed by all team members (this includes ensuring the correct Marketing Communications form with updated status of all reviewers and details is completed).

The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience in Marketing Project Management/Coordination, ideally in a highly regulated environment such as healthcare or financial.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Receive content for review from team members
▪ Check review form to ensure it is correct and complete, and updated throughout the review process
▪ Send document for review along with the most current review form
▪ Schedule and attend live review meetings when necessary
▪ Provide feedback promptly to consultants and ensure a closed loop process
▪ Responsible for accurate and timely response to all reviewer queries
▪ Maintain a record of all content reviewed, date and reviewers
▪ Work with new team members to train them on the process
▪ Work with MarCom teams to develop an efficient process

Qualifications/Skills Requirements:
▪ Document and project management/coordination experience
▪ Process writing and documentation experience
▪ Working knowledge of databases and an understanding of queries to create reports exported to Excel
▪ Experience working with legal departments would be a plus as this person would be a liaison between Marketing Communications consultants and the legal department.
▪ Strong computer knowledge (Excel and MS Word proficiency; SharePoint; Adobe Acrobat; Green Belt certification a plus)
▪ Thorough multi-tasker with the understanding that closing the gap on outstanding issues will be required to satisfy the approval process
▪ Knowing the status of, or being able to retrieve the status of, multiple jobs upon request using Excel skills
▪ Strong enough to make the position his/her own, filling in the blanks and creating efficient approvals for legal and consultants alike
▪ Wise to know what he/she doesn't know and tenacious enough to make inquiries
▪ Obsessive follow up and closure of the process with satisfaction on both sides
