Senior Marketing Coordinator- Direct Marketing

Top three skills:

1) Thorough understanding of direct marketing campaigns (from development through execution and measuring results).

2) Basic understanding of invoice reconciliation, tracking and forecasting (this entails a solid understanding of numbers and excellent excel skill).

3) Ability to work in an environment with diverse stakeholders and consensus driven culture.

4) Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.

Major Responsibilities:

-Manages complex project implementation of Direct Marketing campaigns, including creative development.

-Assists with project management of Direct Marketing campaigns and contributes to improvements in project management methodologies and processes.

-Assists in development/writing of campaign briefs and works with agencies to develop tactical executions.

-Reviews and edits marketing materials and coordinates editing process with internal and external partners.

-Manages components of larger projects in conjunction with DRMM or Marketing Manager.

-Prepares reports and analyses in order to make recommendations to the DRMM or Marketing Manager for decision making.

-Ensures projects are archived in proper systems.

-Responsible for Direct Marketing invoice tracking across regions and budget reconciliation.

-Supports Sr. Manager in development of budgets and forecasts.

Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree Required
