Are you a detail-oriented Marketing pro with experience in an Auditing / Controls role? Our client a top fortunate 500 company in Queens, NY is searching for a Marketing Operations - Controls Audit/Testing Coordinator to join their Branded Cards Marketing Control Team for a 12-18 month contract role.

The Coordinator will facilitate the exams and testing for internal audits of credit card marketing materials, ensuring correct process and on-time delivery.

Candidates must have a full understanding of the marketing process and B2C channels and be comfortable working with a regulatory environment.

Now, let’s talk about some of the day-to-day responsibilities!

• You will respond to audit/review requests from Internal Audit, Compliance Testing, Operational Risk Management team, or the regulators (CFPB and OCC) by gathering materials ensuring they meet tight deadlines.
• You will partner with the business to access the data from internal sources and craft responses to audit requests (as needed) and write action plans for corrective action.
• You will work closely with legal/compliance/audit/business teams.
• You will ensure that deliverable dates are met and tracking documents managed.

Experience / Must-Haves!

• 7+ years of marketing experience as well as experience in a regulatory auditing/controls role.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Experience working in adherence to legal / regulatory guidelines (financial services is a plus).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to serve as a problem solver / mediator between stakeholder groups.
