Sr. Marketing Consultant

Aquent, the world leader in digital, marketing, and creative solutions, is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant for one of our key accounts. The primary goal of this position is to retain customers and grow revenue for client's products. The position works with minimal supervision and guidance and is responsible for providing direction internally and externally on the best use of the corporation's marketing dollars to support customer retention and ARPU initiatives targeted to existing customers. Candidate will be responsible for leading external advertising agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver communications strategies and executions that are designed to intensify the relationship between client and its customers.

Position Responsibilities/Duties
- Implementation of sophisticated database / e-mail marketing program linked to customer lifecycle
- CRM communications to existing customers to include dedicated e-mails, weekly/monthly Spotlight entertainment emails and other online marketing programs targeted to imbedded base of customers.
- Actively monitor and oversee data integrity – email captures, validation and other data processes.
- Position will be responsible for managing CRM calendar and program updates.
- Administration & Coordination of marketing budget, ensuring programs are on or under budget and effectively manage agency scopes of work.
- Implementation and performance assurance/tracking for the CRM marketing group

Required
- Must have minimum 5 years Advertising and/or Client Side marketing experience, including digital email marketing, in order to be considered for position
- Experience managing external marketing or advertising agencies
- Above average proficiency with excel and PowerPoint applications
- Strong leadership and a proven ability to positively influence change
- Working knowledge of HBX, spotlight and other web tracking tools
- Strong leadership and a proven ability to positively influence change
- Bachelor's Degree

Desired
- Experience working in telecom (broadband) or entertainment marketing (TV/Cable)
- Impeccable organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
- Prior experience writing internal communications, newsletters or editorial copy
- Previous broadband / telecommunications / utility – regulatory/marketing responsibilities
