Come and work for am American multinational corporation that provide information technology services and professional services! Immmediate 3 to 6 month temp to perm opportunity for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to sit onsite in their Falls Church location.

Overview of Position:
Manages Marketing Communications team in the development and production of Marcom products and campaigns, including: print media advertising, brochures, conference materials, newsletters, flyers, posters, exhibit panels, and signage; tradeshow marketing campaign planning and execution; video and graphic productions; media relations support; strategic communications plans, identity packages, and speechwriting. Maintains Corporate branding and Styleguide principles and ensures that all materials meet Marketing / Creative Services quality standards and client needs. Responsible for financial oversight and staffing of projects within the department.

Job Responsibilities
• Has profit/loss responsibilities; maintains control of operating expenses equal to or less than the billings of the department. Prepares capital and operating budgets for the Director of Marketing Creative Services approval. Maintains control over operating expenses.
• Markets Marketing Creative Services capabilities to generate new business and solidify existing business. Advises Account Manager of new services and updates standard offerings; resolves conflicts; improves communication; and takes necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensures standards of quality and Corporate branding and Styleguide principles are met and monitors work against these standards.
• Establishes quality standards for Marcom staff and oversees the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring cost-effective, efficient quality work in all areas of the department.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by identifying, building, and managing a pool of Marcom professionals, including full-time, casual, contractor, and temporary Marcom coordinators and assistants; traffic coordinators; technical and creative writers; designers; media relations specialists; graphic artists; and video production specialists.
