Sr. Marketing Comm Mgr/Dir/VP

One of our Fortune 500 Client is in need of TWO Top Tier Sr. Marketing Communications Specialists positions.
Its a 3-4 month opportunity (coverage for two Maternity Leaves)

1) Sr. Level Marketing Comm Spec (Dir level - 7-10 yrs exp)

2) Mid -Sr. Lev Marketing Com Spec (5-7 yrs exp)

Both candidates need to be very resourceful, proactive, Strong/clear communications, be able to lead, Continue ongoing initiatives.

Areas of experience include:

All Marketing Communications, Marketing Collateral, Event knowledge, Branding, Leading Marketing Initiatives & Campaigns, Content Delivery & Video.

Management experience is a plus as the position will manage outside agencies and drive cross functional teams. This position works closely with regional sales teams and technical consultants to build marketing plans and execute programs. Also, works with the executive management team to build corporate brand and awareness programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop integrated marketing and communications plans to support the Oracle business of client.
• Lead the design of all creative deliverables and content, marketing and sales collateral, tradeshow and conference materials, white papers, sales
presentations, etc.
• Determine existing benchmarks and build marketing effectiveness measurements in all marketing and communications programs to capture lead generation
success and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Develop thought leadership program including determining internal subject matter experts, speaking opportunities, white papers, blogs, social media,
industry events and more.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Team focused attitude is a must
• Proven track record of 7+ years working in B2B technology product or services organizations
• Strategic thinking with tactical program execution, attention to detail without becoming lost in the details
• Excellent written communications required
• Excellent time management, presentation, human relations and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment – remaining flexible to changing deadlines and situations

• Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results driven attitude
• Some domestic travel <20%
