Sr Marketing Analyst

This is a temp-to-hire position to join an amazing, healthy sized "start-up." They are growing quickly, and need exciting and talented people to join their team. The Sr. Makreting Analyst is responsible for marketplace surveillance, reviewing competitors in the space and preparing marketing programs to increase revenue. This person will strive to collect data and define information on pricing, payments and programs in the CCM space. The MIA will focus on products and projects designed to produce revenue growth, and create new revenue streams for the company. This position reports to Business Development.

Responsibilities
• Maintain reporting on competitive activities using a continually updated database
• Survey and gather information from our competitors such as collaterals, agreements, PPTs etc. using online and other methods
• Follow all regulatory and compliance guidance on CCM including MAC websites, CMS websites, MLN and others and communicate changes or refinements to the program.
• Work with Business Development to support the development of new revenue streams for the company.
• Apply to the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) which monitors primary care and prevention for CCM Services
• Track all recommendations, changes and reviews from the USPSTF
• Provide support for RFP submissions
• Assist with financial analysis as needed
• Create and support programs that will lead to enhanced payments for our clients
• Work to make the case that CCM be categorized as an Alternative Payment Model.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Willingness to make a commitment to client’s revolutionary vision and mission
• BA with at least 5+ years of experience in the health care field
• Mac and PC Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Clarizen
• Excellent communications skills, both written and spoken
