Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Sr. Marketing Communications Manager to lead and manage their collateral management & distribution process project. This person will:

- Create a project plans with clear action items, owners, and timelines.
- Identify and work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement a new, streamlined process for managing and distribution collateral to the retail branch network.
- Communicate and rollout the new process as well as develop a plan for measuring success.
- This individual will also help to support other local acquisition program activities, such as updating marketing communications templates.

Requirements:
- 11+ years experience in marketing, partner/relationship marketing, program management and/or business strategy required.
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills, working with sales, field marketing, product, operations and legal/compliance.
- Ability to thrive and continue to projects forward in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key insights and integrate them into programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively influence stakeholders and gain consensus on concepts and recommendations at all levels within the organization.
- Detail-oriented, must be very organized and able to work well under tight timelines and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
