Sr. Manager/Manager of Digital Marketing

One of our top CPG/Toy Companies is seeking a Sr. Manager/Manager of Digital Marketing to work within the Digital Initiatives Group (DIG). This business unit is charged with bringing the brands to life on a variety of interactive platforms (online, video game consoles, handhelds, mobile, and emerging media). This person will drive the development and execution of global digital strategy & initiatives for all brands under company umbrella. They will be responsible for partnering with the Global Brand Teams to ensure that digital platforms and initiatives (including but not limited to web, social, and mobile) are integrated from the very beginning of global marketing plan development through execution. This position will also serve as “product owner” within the AGILE operating model, where the “product” is the digital experience we deliver for Consumers, Shoppers, and Customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with the Global Brand Teams as a core team member to develop digital strategies, execute tactics, distribute assets as integral elements of the overall brand strategy and global marketing plan
* Manage tactic development and execution with external agencies and ensure global digital campaigns & initiatives align with business needs of regional and local markets
* Accurately manage timelines, resources and budgets across all global campaigns to ensure objectives, goals and KPIs are met
* Leverage internal functional specialists/teams to develop, tactics, platforms, and assets to be deployed across web, social, and mobile channels
* Understand the customer journey and identify opportunities to expand the relationship
* Collaborate with subsidiary digital marketing teams to identify highly successful local or regional initiatives and drive expansion of those programs across our global business
* Lead discussions and partnerships with external agencies and partners as needed to reach organization goals and KPIs 
* Track performance of digital marketing programs on an on-going basis to establish best practices, while comparing against internal and industry benchmarks
* Analyze results to insure that insights are integrated into current and future strategies, as well as develop frameworks to help refine our consumer and customer strategies
* Be a thought leader for DIG and stay on top of digital marketing innovations, industry trends and competitive strategies 
* Develop and manage the junior members of the Digital Marketing team to become champions in planning and execution within the organization
