The Sr. Manager of Web Strategy is responsible for providing the strategic direction for all aspects of the digital channel including: web design and development, mobile, social, PPC, lead generation, multimedia, and SEO. The individual will be able to drive a small cross-departmental team to identify opportunities and conceptualize solutions to create a path from present to future state. This is a hands-on position responsible for both strategic and technical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for championing technology solutions that deliver meaningful customer value and engagement across every interaction.

• Develop the overall vision, strategy and business requirements to upgrade the existing website and other digital assets.
• Hands-on management and execution of and all global sites
• Lead strategy and execution for new Intranet
• Integration and execution of Luminex’ social network strategy: YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Develop specific online strategies to support campaigns and corporate efforts
• Drive site traffic through search engine marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and affiliate marketing while maintaining a target ROI
• Develop analytic dashboard in order to measure the effectiveness of online marketing efforts; determine and implement metrics to measure and support critical business goals
• Monitor and analyze customer, market and competitive information to improve effectiveness of internet marketing activities and user experience to improve lead generation and conversion
• Oversee technology and required investments, operations and success measures across multiple web
• Develop and manage the organization’s online budget, including website development and maintenance, outreach and promotion, personnel and operations
• Manage and align multiple stakeholders, including exec management, IT, content creators, etc.

• E-Commerce Platforms, Content Management Systems, Information Architecture, Usability Research and Testing, eCommerce, Globalization, Social Networking Platform Web 2.0 and RIA Application Architecture and Development, Web 3.0 Technologies (Semantic Web – RDF, Microformats, TripleStores), Online Media Planning, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Mobile Application Dev.
• Experience leading the development of digital strategy and website management function
• Deep knowledge of Digital strategy development, e-business, e-commerce, e-service, Mobile, iPhone, iPad, e-mail, e-delivery, Governance, Web Architecture, Web Analytics, Web Optimization, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media, Content Management, User Experience and Design, Testing, Voice of the Customer, Security and Privacy
• Ability to work effectively within a complex organization and work in a team approach
• Ability to see large complex technical projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to analyze situations, determine appropriate actions, manage vendors, allocate resources and follow-through to mitigate risk.
• Demonstrated experience working with vendors, usability capabilities, IT and interactive design business partners to drive an optimal client experience
