Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Senior Manager of Communications responsible for Business Unit Communications & Industry Analyst Relations. This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting business unit (including enterprise and infrastructure) by developing, executing and managing proactive external and internal communications programs. Responsibilities also include industry analyst relations, which will entail defining a communications strategy and cadence, developing the content and delivery method, and building relationships to ensure accurate and timely coverage.

We seek a seasoned public relations practitioner that is a self-starter, has a proven ability to define strategy that positively impacts the business, and is a team player committed to building a best-in-class communications program. Experience with and understanding of the media and industry analyst communities that cover wireless/telecom is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support company position as a key technology leader and innovator among wireless, tech and enterprise industry analysts by shaping the news/discussion for the business units and product offerings
• Define strategy and develop communications plans for business units, product offerings, industry events and marketing initiatives that generate media and analysts coverage
• Develop press releases, media/analyst materials and executive messaging that support and define the company’s leadership position
• Manage relationships with analysts and a variety of media including industry, tech, business and local; and across all media types including online, print and broadcast
• Serve as main information source for media and analyst contacts requesting information and insights regarding business units and product offerings
• Work closely with internal and external resources to develop creative and integrated programs
• Benchmark and measure the success of communications programs and initiatives
• Establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements
