Sr. Manager, Talent Management

Our client, a major global eTailer, is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent Management to join their team on an extended contract with benefits. The Senior Manager, Talent Management will lead a variety of talent programs and provide organizational development support. Primary focus will include performance management, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness. This role will work with HR and cross-functional team members and external partners locally and globally to develop, implement, and assess HR programs.

- Leads Talent Management projects, programs, and processes (for example, performance management processes, change management) by ensuring adequate project staffing and resource allocations; clarifying project scope and managing budget, timelines, and deliverables; providing feedback to leadership on process improvements; partnering with customers to develop implementation plans; negotiating contracts; and adjusting resource allocations and timelines to meet business priority changes.
- Leads communication strategies for Talent Management projects, programs and processes by updating clients, peers, and stakeholders; meeting regularly with stakeholders to discuss status of projects; reviewing project lifecycle deliverables; adjusting timelines and deliverables as needed; and assessing and documenting performance feedback, and communicating it to project team members.
- Serves as a talent management expert for our client by researching new and updated technologies and methods in the industry; collaborating with cross-functional partners (for example, Global Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Development) to ensure alignment or strategies; consulting with business partners to provide guidance on processes and strategies; and communicating updates and new processes as needed.
