Sr Manager, Lead Management

The Lead Management Manager will serve as the primary liaison for the marketing organization. The position will educate and support marketing, sales, and partners in regards to lead management processes that enable closed-loop marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities include:
• Proactively socialize and advocate closed-loop procedures and policies across the organization spanning lead flow, data capture, marketing permissions and database storage
• Train marketing personnel as it relates to new lead management processes - creation of campaigns
• Train external qualification teams, Sales and partners on the closed-loop system with focus on inquiry/lead handling and reporting
• Manage inquiry/lead distribution across routes-to-market (field sales, indirect channel, direct commerce); partner with marketing/sales to gather requirements and work with marketing lead rule administrator and sales ops to implement
• Manage lead management vendors and third party agencies on service offerings including data entry, normalization, and standardization of lead files by Marketing hence lead files can be appropriately routed to correct sales channel
• Work with marketing designated data capture vendors (event companies) and web teams to ensure lead management policies and practices are in place.
• Partner with data operations team to standardize on Q&A asked during customer data capture forms pending solution
• Work closely with Business Units and Marketing teams to optimize front-end data capture points that span marketing vehicles (i.e. web, programs/events, marketing automation) and also to ensure adherence to guidelines, policies, and industry best practices
• Work with and across different marketing teams to understand and prioritize requests to drive enhanced functionality and benefit for overall Marketing. Work with IT to secure resources.

Qualification/Experience
• University or College Degree
• 10-12 years of experience
• Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Experience with CRM (SAP, SFDC) and marketing automation (Eloqua) tools
• Understanding of web forms, data capture methods and data capture technology
• Ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision
