Sr. Manager, Digital Strategy

This position requires deep knowledge of social/digital channels and solutions as well as the ability to conceptualize, execute, manage and measure programs on a day-to-day basis. The person selected for this role must be comfortable wearing many different “hats” and be “hands on” since they will be expected to play much more than the traditional advertising/marketing agency digital strategy role. Successful candidates will have spent time at a digital ad agency in a similar role.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5 years experience at a digital ad agency
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, interactive, marketing or related field and 5 to 10 years of agency experience required
• High level understanding of SEO, SEM, HTML/CSS, Web and Social Media
• Experience in rewards and loyalty programs
• A comprehensive understanding of the interactive space with desire to see plans through the execution
• Ability to gain and hold the respect of clients and internal teams
• Depth of experience with rich media online display advertising, search engine marketing and mobile marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, consensus-building skills and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of emerging media vehicles
• Demonstration of strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including good grammar, spelling, punctuation, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to lead clients and agency teams
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong strategic thinker
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a stressful environment
• Actively participate in agency and professional training initiatives and seminar training
• Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification
