Are you experience in Ad Operations (Ad Ops)? Growing, dynamic company seeks a stellar Sr. Manger, Advertising Operations to manage the campaign performance and delivery process and support existing business. The Ad Ops professional will have an opportunity to utilize project management skills, and strategize and redefine how media campaigns are managed.

The Sr. Manager, Advertising Operation will work across multiple departments and external clients/advertisers to:
● Operations: manage campaigns running on company site; grow and foster relationships with existing and potential clients by strategizing on the best delivery of campaigns
● Strategy: apply and grow the industry, category and technical expertise
● Financial: materially grow the revenue from display advertising. (Huge opportunity and this will be part of the core responsibilities of the position.)

The ideal candidate has media and online advertising experience, will be familiar with placement, targeting and trafficking high volume impressions and reporting on metrics. The Ad Ops professional will will work within Excel and enjoy being detail oriented.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

● Daily monitoring of all advertising technology and platforms to ensure uptime and revenue production
● Collaborate with business development, sales, technology and UX/UI to create a comprehensive and best practices based display inventory management & merchandising plan
● Work with business development and partners to implement and oversee ad campaigns on site, mobile web, mobile apps and future distribution (for example email newsletters)
● Setup, traffic, and optimize online ad campaigns in DFP, working with advertisers and ad networks to receive assets for campaign launches
● Managing and optimizing our display inventory yield to maintain and increase revenue
● Provide technical support to advertisers, account managers and others via phone, email and web
● Reporting on key performance metrics
● Take point on or participate in the development and implementation of efficient processes for quality digital ad fulfillment

● Response time and advertising demand partner satisfaction with our technical service and support
● Overall performance and efficiency of display advertising workflow
● Adoption and deployment of ad tech industry best practices
