Sr. Manager, Online Marketing

Candidate will have the unique opportunity of learning digital marketing best practices while managing critical projects that make a material impact on the overall business. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity of digital marketing concepts, (Paid search, Display, SEO, etc.) and possess strong organization and project management skills. Candidate must possess a strong work ethic as well as passion and curiosity to learn. Further, the candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, and work independently while remaining a team player.


Responsibilities
• Lead the management of current customer, partner and other digital marketing requests from key internal stakeholders and serve as primary point of contact
• Support growth of home security bundle via digital campaign execution
• Develop channel forecasts and coordinate budgeting with other members of the digital marketing team
• Lead test & learn agenda for optimization of landing pages, population and segment tests to drive conversion metrics
• Track health of digital marketing campaigns with daily monitoring of KPI's (leads quality, gross and net leads, calls, sales activations, impressions, unique site visitors, etc.) and performance against plan
• Manage and perform QA on new campaign launches to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly
• Manage creative process from the initial agency briefs to internal routing and approvals ensuring all creative meets enterprise messaging and consistency standards
• Compile industry research, competitive landscape information, and trade intelligence for digital marketing strategy development and optimization
• Stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the online marketing domain and incorporate into ongoing campaign management
• Continually leverage new tools & industry best practices to ensure DIRECTV/LifeShield remains a leader in digital marketing


Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing desired, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of digital Marketing experience,
• Digital Marketing experience focused specific sales acquisition and/or customer upgrade campaigns
• Experience of testing campaigns and driving KPI's
• Strong organizational and project management skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, and work independently while remaining a team player
