Sr. Level Creative PPT Presentation Specialist

The Creative PowerPoint Presentation Analyst utilizes graphic design tools and software (specifically Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe CS) to develop customized sales and marketing presentations. The expectation for this role is to collaborate with our marketing partners (and on occasion our Sales and Account Service organization) to create custom deliverables using strong visual elements that help tell our story and engage prospective and current clients. This position requires a candidate with a proven aptitude for quick creative thinking as well as strong attention to detail while working within demanding deadlines.

Job Requirements/Responsibilities

  • Expert skills in PowerPoint and Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator/Photoshop, etc) are required
  • Ability to develop complex content into informative sophisticated and polished designs; ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members
  • Ability to adhere to corporate branding and style guides
  • Strong design, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and project management skills required; candidate must be able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Ability to edit and embed video, sound and links into PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience creating charts, graphs and tables for PowerPoint use; experience with template, logo, image manipulation
  • In addition to PowerPoint, this position will (occasionally) provide concept and design for marketing collateral such as email blasts, mailers, event signage and more
  • Proof deliverables (both on screen and printed copies) prior to client release to ensure quality, accuracy and aesthetics
  • Open to collaborative design efforts; comfortable building upon the work of others and allowing others to build upon your work
  • Able to leverage feedback from multiple stakeholders and arrive at effective design solutions (operating within the parameters of branding guidelines)
  • At times this position will interface and collaborate with “C” level executives (CMO, EVPs etc.) in the design of high profile marketing and sales presentations
